UNLOCK BOOTLOADER to XPERIA Devices

1. Step : Dial this number in your device *#*#7378423#*#* , then go Service Info > Configuration > Rooting Status . if Bootloader unlock allowed .... YES. if it have no can't unlock the bootloader. it yEs then do down steps.

2. Step : Then visit this link and download Android SDK tool... 

http://dl.google.com/android/installer_r18-windows.exe

 3. Step : then install Android SDK kit and Open it.

then go down via scroll bar. and tick Extras > Google USB Driver and click Install Driver Package button

4  Step : Then Download This File

http://dl-developer.sonymobile.com/customROM/windows/downloadinf.zip

5 Step : Then Copy this file into this path. C:\Program Files > Android > Android SDK > extras > google > usb drivers > ... hear.

6 Step : Now visit this Page. 

http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions

 Now Click Continue, Then Click Yes i'm Sure The Tick the two boxes and click I Accept Then type your Name and e-mail address and IMEI first 14 numbers in your phone (get imei no dial *#06#) 

Then Click Submit Button. now Appear in Code. so you will get this code into note pad or any word pad application. 

7. Step : now Turn Off your Phone Now Click in your mobile Volume UP button and plug in USB cable. (now you can see your notification bulb is blue color). 

then get Command Prompt in your PC, (go Start > all programs > Accessories > Command Prompt )

Then copy paste  this Code

 cd C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools

Now press Enter. now you can see like this

Then Copy paste in this 

fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar 

now like this 

Then last step. Copy paste this Line and delete KEY letters and place there before you get code

 in 6 Step

fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY

Then Enter.

Now You Successfully Unlocked Your BOOTLOADER....

Hold the following button while connecting your phone to a computer with a USB-cable

Menu button (for Xperia arc, Xperia arc S, Xperia neo, Xperia neo V, Xperia pro).

Search button (for Xperia PLAY).

Volume up button (for Xperia mini, Xperia mini pro, Xperia ray, Xperia active, Live with Walkman, Xperia S).
